Our cardio deck equipment is complete with ellipticals, treadmills, recumbant and upright bikes, Step Mills and Stair Masters. Strength training options include a full line of Cybex selectorized, Hammer Strength, and free weights. We are also one of the only facilities in the area to have cardio-vision, individual televisions hooked up to your own piece of equipment.
