2014 Run Club (Walkers are welcome!):
BRIANNA COOPER 5k - April 12th
Join us for the first run club of 2014! Informational meeting is Saturday 1/18 at 9am. 1st group run is Saturday 1/25. This is a 12 week Couch to 5K program leading up to the Brianna Cooper 5K on April 12th. Group runs meet at the YMCA on Saturdays at 7am. Childcare is available, so you have no excuses! NO PRIOR RUNNING EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED.
DOWNTOWN DASH - July
Once you have completed your first 5k, join us for your second! The second run club will build up to the Downtown Dash in July. This club will also focus on increasing your speed for those who would like to get faster! Informational meeting is Saturday April 26th at 9am. 1st group run is Saturday May 3rd. No prior running experience is needed unless you want to work on speed!
HALLOWEEN HALF MARATHON - October 26th
Are you ready to take your running to the next level? Join us for our Half Marathon run club! Informational meeting is July 19th at 9am. 1st group run is Saturday July 26th. This is a 14 week training program that will get you to your first (or fastest) Half Marathon. Prior running experience will be necessary for this program. Join us for the first two run clubs, and you will be ready for the half training!
