The YMCA Strong Families Campaign is conducted annually to raise funds in support of qualified low-income families to participate in YMCA membership and programs. Recreational activities, healthy lifestyles and childcare services are among the benefits that the YMCA can provide to improve the quality of life for many families in our community. Our YMCA prides itself on the uniqueness of it’s mission to be accessible to “all”, regardless of financial status. 

In addition, the YMCA Strong Families Campaign supports many programs that touch the lives of your community or extended family. Y-Reads, Healthy Kids Day and Begin to Swim are just a few of the programs that are directly supported. Organizations such as ARC, Big Brothers Big Sisters and Youth Alive benefit from support of your YMCA. Creating a sense of networking between agencies and collaborating where possible to help build a stronger community is important to the YMCA. 

With your help, hundreds of families have the opportunity to participate in nurturing programs that help them grow in spirit, mind and body. Please join us in helping build strong kids, strong families and strong communities.
