The primary mission of the F.I.T. Academy is to improve children’s health and fitness – and by extension, the health and fitness of the rest of their family members. All activities are designed to give kids the opportunity to improve in many areas, which include, but are not limited to:

    • Flexibility training
    • Core stabilization training
    • Balance training
    • Resistance training
    • Cardiovascular training

  • Leadership & cooperation in a competitive setting.
