It’s safe to say that the adjustments we’ve all had to make over the past 8 weeks have been ones that we never would have seen coming! Here at the Y, having to “take appointments” wasn’t even on our radar a few months ago and now we’ve got this great new scheduling widget everywhere you turn! Now, for your safety, we need you to book your activities by Reservation.

From Fitness Center Reservations or Group Exercise Classes to Lap Swim, Open Gym and Pickleball, you can see what is available and make a reservation here:

Going live with our real-time scheduling system a few weeks ago for our limited lap swim availability was exciting.  We moved away from manually scheduling pool appointments and the back and forth emails to a system where members can see the availability and book according to their needs.  Over the last three weeks, we’ve worked out a handful of kinks and we’ve received some fantastic feedback!

Now, as we continue to go down the path of re-opening and re-expanding our facility and program offerings, this scheduling tool will grow with us.  We hope that you will take a minute to locate your account (no password needed!) and book yourself for whatever suits your fancy . . . maybe an Outside Spin Class, maybe a little time in the fitness center, or maybe even some laps at the pool.  As we add hours, offerings and availability, you’ll be the first to see it!

Best of all, you can manage your own schedule, cancel or change your appointments with immediate confirmation.  Be sure to keep an eye out for your confirmation email as it holds all of the member policies and need-to-knows for your visit to the facility in light of social distancing expectations.  This scheduling widget that you see above is located in a handful of places on our website.  It doesn’t matter which one you go through, they are the same.  We encourage you to click on “My Appointments” after booking to be sure you see everything you have intended to reserve.  In our opinion, the easiest way to keep this scheduling system is to have our YMCA Treasure Coast App downloaded on your Apple or Andriod device.  Then, just open the app and the link for reservations will be the first thing that you see~

Having trouble locating your member profile?  Here are some troubleshooting tips:

-Your Membership Account must be ACTIVE.  Click here to join!  (new members will experience a 24 hour wait until being able to access the reservation system)

-You must use the exact Name, Date of Birth, Email address and Phone number that you signed up your YMCA member account with.

-Note: The date field is your DATE OF BIRTH.

-Made a change to your account?  Account updates may take up to 24 hours to be recognized through the scheduling system.  So if we need to correct your email address or date of birth on file for example, it will be up to 24 hours until the info pushed through and you can successfully access the booking system.
